Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify the business needs of B2B sales teams and provide strategic training solutions to maximize their success.
Deliver specialized sales training programs to ensure teams fully understand and effectively sell XYZies' products and services.
Develop and execute monthly strategic plans with sales teams to enhance performance and increase revenue.
Analyze sales reports to track team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement targeted training initiatives.
Ensure alignment between each sales team’s vision and XYZies’ business goals.
Address and resolve any obstacles that may hinder sales teams from achieving their targets.
Lead retention initiatives to maintain high engagement and reduce turnover among B2B sales teams.
Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services to ensure comprehensive knowledge across teams.
Requirements
Experience in sales and training teams (mandatory).
Fluent in English (C1 or higher - mandatory).
Experience in retail or partner enablement programs.
Proficient knowledge of customer service, sales, and standard office practices.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training or business development.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
