Job Description

Act as a business consultant for all retail locations assigned, building strong and lasting relationship and getting to know deeply every partner to create and implement individual strategies that help them to be successful with all XYZies business ventures

Requirements

Duties & Responsabilities:

  • Discover partners business needs and make sure we provide all possible help to keep adding value to our partnership

  • Provide solutions to any obstacle that prevents partners to be successful and increase their store revenue

  • Provide specialized training to all retail locations assigned to ensure they fully comprehend all the products and services offered by XYZies

  • Create and execute monthly strategical plan with all retail locations to increase sales performance.

  • Set up and analyze monthly reports for all retail locations assigned to ensure they are aware of their performance and create strategies that allow them to improve it

  • Make sure every business has a strong vision, aligned with company projections and goals

  • Execute all necessary retention processes to reduce attrition rate among retailers

  • Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered


Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, sales and standard office practices and procedures

  • 2 years of experience

  • Bachelor in Business Administration and/or related fields


Schedules

  • 42 hours

  • 2 days off
