Job Description

The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, contributing to employee engagement, and ensuring the overall well-being of our workforce.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.

  • Prepare HR reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)


Availability:

  • Monday through Saturday (Rotative)


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Working hours: 42h per week
