The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, system administration, and a deep understanding of current technologies. The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to support the overall goals of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security protocols are in place.
Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
Install, upgrade, and configure software applications and operating systems.
Stay informed about the latest security threats and ensure the organization is protected against them.
Assist in compliance efforts related to IT regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and provide effective solutions.
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)
Monday through Sunday (Rotative)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working hours: 42h per week
