Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set challenging but achievable targets for the team.
Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the related department to provide accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
High school diploma
English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)
1 year of experience in similar roles is a plus.
Monday through Sunday (Rotative)
Skills and Specifications:
Excellent communication skills, both English and Spanish, including verbal with proper grammar.
Good computer skills
Data-driven and decision making.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working hours: 42h per week
