Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set challenging but achievable targets for the team.

  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the related department to provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.


  • High school diploma

  • English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)

  • 1 year of experience in similar roles is a plus.


  • Monday through Sunday (Rotative)

Skills and Specifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both English and Spanish, including verbal with proper grammar.

  • Good computer skills

  • Detail

  • Data-driven and decision making.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working hours: 42h per week
