The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, data analysis, and leadership skills to optimize digital performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance
Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising
Utilize digital analytics tools to gather and analyze data related to website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing digital performance
Assist in budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to inform digital strategies and keep the company ahead of market changes
Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns, improve ROI and drive lead generation.
Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectivenes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
English level: B2+/C1
Min 3 year of experience in similar roles
Monday through Sunday with two days off (Rotative)
