Job Description

We are seeking for a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales advisors within our dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to drive results through effective team management.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the intermediary between the upper levels of management and the sales team.

  • Organize and coordinate sales advisors' adherence, conversion rate, ratio and QA alerts.

  • Provide an excellent organization skill with follow-up sessions.

  • Identify weekly outliers, root causes affecting performance and best coaching tools to provide feedback and actions plans to improve performance.

  • Trace weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales' KPIs.

  • Assist sales advisors and team to meet and exceed targets.


  • High school diploma

  • English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)

  • 1 year of experience in similar roles is a plus.


  • Monday through Sunday (Rotative)

Skills and Specifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both English and Spanish, including verbal with proper grammar.

  • Good computer skills

  • Detail

  • Data-driven and decision making.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working hours: 42h per week
