We are seeking for a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales advisors within our dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to drive results through effective team management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the intermediary between the upper levels of management and the sales team.
Organize and coordinate sales advisors' adherence, conversion rate, ratio and QA alerts.
Provide an excellent organization skill with follow-up sessions.
Identify weekly outliers, root causes affecting performance and best coaching tools to provide feedback and actions plans to improve performance.
Trace weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales' KPIs.
Assist sales advisors and team to meet and exceed targets.
High school diploma
English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)
1 year of experience in similar roles is a plus.
Monday through Sunday (Rotative)
Skills and Specifications:
Excellent communication skills, both English and Spanish, including verbal with proper grammar.
Good computer skills
Data-driven and decision making.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working hours: 42h per week
